Free Google Desktop Gadget

Because I work from home, I use mine for work purposes...
- Keep track of favourite websites real-time RSS news feeds delivered right to your desktop
- A notepad gadget where I can dump bits of html, codes, web URLs - anything that I want to keep either permanently or just while I'm doing something else.
The html snippet thing is great - put frequently used html code into the yellow notepad, then it stays there for you to just copy and paste later.
- The other BIG plus, is the 'to do' list gadget - I'm terrible for getting ideas popping into my head all the darn time...so I just jot it down in my sidebar and then tick it off when I've done it. Excellent. It's also great if you have to do things in a particular sequence, as you are reminded what order to do it in, and can tick when done so it goes to the bottom of the list.
- Another favourite add-on is the world clocks, or timers...so I can be uber-productive and not waste time getting carried away surfing...ahem.
- Oh and of course, you can use Google Desktop to search your PC too,including emails... ;)
